Our currently policies allow us to ship only to your BILLING ADDRESS on your credit card. If you enter an address other than your billing address when paying with credit/debit card, your transaction may be denied or put on hold. If you need to ship to an alternate address, please choose e-check (electronic check) as your payment method.
We currently use multiple carriers to ship, depending largely on which carrier is best fit for specific products. Smaller products generally get shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS, while larger items like hoods and body kits are shipped via truck freight carriers. All truck freight shipments will require additional transit time and also a delivery appointment (you will be called by the carrier) for delivery. The customer is responsible for receiving and inspecting truck freighted goods at the point of delivery. Any damages must be noted down immediately on the delivery receipt and reported to buytaillights.com within 1 business day. Acceptance of a damaged truck freight package (including concealed damage) without notation of damage on delivery receipt will nullify any recourse for damage claims/exchange/or return.
Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacture of the product if we deem it necessary. Regardless if it leaves from our facility or the manufacture's, you can expect your order to be processed within one business day, and shipped 2-5 business days later. If there exists a back order of any type, we will inform you immediately.
