We ship with Fedex, UPS or USPS for all products with smaller dimension such as headlights, tail lights, headers, exhausts, etc. . All oversized item will be handled by LTL carrier such as bumpers, carbon fiber hoods, fiberglass hoods, large trunks. Etc.

Shipping insurance: All shipping and handling included delivery or signature confirmation and additional insurance to protect your items in case of damage during shipping.

VIS Racing Sports, Inc.® has been at the forefront of automotive restyling since 1996. We started the ultra-aggressive style in body kits for sport compact cars in Southern California. The trend quickly spread from the West Coast to East Coast. In a matter of a few years, our styles can be found in many parts of the globe. This trend culminated with the release of the movie, "Fast and Furious" (2001), in which we were one of the sponsors. We were not content with the status quo and continued to bring new products to the restyling scenes. Our carbon fiber hoods and trunks are the de facto standard "Grade A "against which other competitors in the world are measured. Our carbon fiber products are number one in the industry, and their popularity can be seen on the streets as well as car shows alike. We are also making inroads into the Japanese market with the help of our partner in Japan. Our products can be seen in Japanese magazines, such as Auto Fashion and Options magazines.

Our participation with Hollywood did not stop in 2001. On the contrary, it was just the beginning. We provided two fully modified '02 RSX and '03 Eclipse, with our patented GT Bomber and Torque kits; respectively, for the Warner Brother's movie, "Torque" (2004). The beginning race sequence shows these two street demons racing on the highway. Our latest partnership with Hollywood can be seen in Lindsay Lohan's "Herbie: Fully Loaded" (2005), in which our patented GT Bomber body kit and EVO style carbon fiber hood were featured on the 1997 Eclipse. On another front, our products are featured in numerous video games with racing themes, some of which include Electronic Arts' "Need for Speed: Underground 2", "Juice", "Forza Motorsport 1 & 2".

We at VIS have gone through many stages of growth, but none can be more drastic than the one we experienced in the year 2004. In 2004, we acquired Wings West, a name that should be familiar to anyone in the restyling industry. It was a much revered brand against which other competitors strived to be second.

At bodykits4me.com we make returns as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the automotive industry. We understand that sometimes, customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about Return Policies since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

• Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
• Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
• All returned products have a flat Restocking Fee of 30%.
• Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
• Original shipping cost will be deducted (For all shipping cost included deals).
• All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
• There are few non-returnable products & services that are listed in section below.
• Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process.

Please note: If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, restocking and shipping fees do not apply

Return Procedure

To return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. You may request an RMA using the following methods:

Please let us know which particular item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If you believe you have received the wrong /defective products, please take detail image shots of the product and email to us. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing since in many instances, we have to wait for a manufacturer's response.

Exchange Procedure

There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference. Restocking will applied.

Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

 If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service depart as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Customer is responsible to notify us with the issue within 48 hours after delivery by sending an email to RMA@bodykits4me.com with the images of the actual product received in the attachment. If a product is shipped via truck freight, its buyer's responsibility to fully inspect the product before you accept the package. If any damage occurs, you must notify the the driver and noted on the shipping receipt or the claim will be denied.

When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned

 

Non Returnable Products & Services:

The following products cannot be returned/exchanged due to manufacturer's policies or their made-to-order custom features:

• Any item marked or classified as non returnable.
• Electronics related parts.
  
• Transmission related products such as clutch kits, discs.etc
• Any custom orders or parts
• Any products made by Wingswest, TYC, Rksports, Sarona Design, Bomex, Street Scene, Xenon, Razzi
• Any products shipped via truck freights. (except the products are specially noted)

Refunds & Credits

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges and applicable restocking fees. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

bodykits4me.com will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions. bodykits4me.com will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product.
